1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] or call us at 619-970-4523 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the RMA number and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Ship your item(s) to the address provided with the RMA instructions, making sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Refund Processing Times
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date we receive your returned item for your refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
